Incident report
Cavers were exiting a new section of the cave when a slab of the ceiling in a crawlway fell on the last man. This so constricted his chest that it nearly prevented breathing. Fortunately, another caver was able to crawl around this slab and was able to lift it off.
Summary
Ceiling slab fell on caver, constricting chest and preventing breathing; another caver lifted the slab off.
