Incident report

A caver, exhausted from other struggles in the cave was unable to climb the fifty foot entrance pit cable ladder. She was pulled up with the belay rope tied around her waist. There were numerous delays due to the pain of the rope or when she became caught in the narrow cleft of the upper 25 feet of the drop.
